It started with…a dinner invitation.

Jessica thought she was doing something kind—helping her new neighbor settle in. Martha is friendly, easy to talk to, and just like her: a nurse, new to the neighborhood, and trying to rebuild after a toxic past.

Over wine and takeout, the two women bond quickly. Maybe this is exactly what Jessica needs—a fresh start, a new friend.

Until the night takes a turn. Because someone is watching the house. And when a masked intruder breaks in, Jessica and Martha are forced to hide in a locked basement with no way out, no signal, and no one coming to help.

Yet the longer they’re trapped, the more Jessica realizes something isn’t right. About the house. About the break-in. About Martha. And getting out might not be the most dangerous part.
